Introduction to project management

This course gives an overview and introduction to a best practice for project management that is acknowledged on a global scale. It will explain the most extensively used project management techniques in the world. The training will cover the basics of project management.

Each delegate will learn how to select the right team members to assist them, create schedules, and discover the many project management options. This course will prepare delegates to take on a project on their own or participate in a more advanced project management course.
