Introduction to project management
This course gives an overview and introduction to a best practice for project management that is acknowledged on a global scale. It will explain the most extensively used project management techniques in the world. The training will cover the basics of project management.
Each delegate will learn how to select the right team members to assist them, create schedules, and discover the many project management options. This course will prepare delegates to take on a project on their own or participate in a more advanced project management course.
By the end of the session, delegates will be able to:
Know how to specify the scope of a project
Learn the PRINCE2 framework and its guiding principles, themes, and procedures
Know how to explain a project’s qualities
Recognize important ideas in relation to projects
Discover the significance of employing a systematic approach for effective project management
Know how to make constant improvements to your project management techniques
The training will be conducted in a friendly, inclusive and professional atmosphere, which is conducive for different learning styles, but respects each attendee as an individual and ensures each one is challenged and achieve maximum benefit from the course. Our goal is that attendees will be highly engaged and encouraged to be participative.
This course will have a maximum of 10-12 people who will be selected based on the type of business they are in and their job role to ensure a thorough mix of industries, ideas and experience.
